Dennis, hope you don't mind, but I've been using you for inspiration for this mod. I love the drop shadow as well as the secondary inset of the continents. I couldn't figure out how to do what you did, so I've been using internet tutorial video's for Illustrator. My maps aren't as refined as yours, but for what it's worth, you've pushed me bit. thanks.
